Scott Barnes Cosmetics is proud to offer the most high-quality makeup available. Should your purchase have a documented manufacturing defect or damage, you may be eligible to return your item within 30 days of the delivery date, discounted / sale items excluded.
Should you be eligible to return your item, you will be refunded for the amount you paid, excluding shipping cost. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, or will not be eligible for a refund.
NOTE: Scott Barnes Cosmetics offers GUARANTEED PACKAGE DELIVERY PROTECTION for domestic and international orders which covers in transit lost, damaged, or stolen fulfilled orders. When you choose NOT to select GUARANTEED PACKAGE DELIVERY PROTECTION, Scott Barnes is NOT liable for in transit lost, damaged, or stolen fulfilled orders.

RETURN SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURNS ON GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?:
The only merchandise that can be returned or exchanged are damaged or defective items from the manufacturing process. To make an exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped originally to you, or else it will not be eligible for an exchange. Discounted / Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For any questions regarding exchanges and eligibility, please email support@scottbarnes.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Exchanges do not begin to process until receipt of the returned order, and processing times vary depending on your location.
