Shipping & Returns
Scott Barnes Cosmetics is proud to offer the most high-quality makeup available. No returns unless the item is defective. We do not accept returns unless your purchase has a documented manufacturing defect. Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery, discounted / sale items excluded.
Should you be eligible to return your item, you will be refunded for the amount you paid, excluding shipping cost. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, or will not be eligible for a refund.
NOTE: Scott Barnes Cosmetics offers GUARANTEED PACKAGE DELIVERY PROTECTION for domestic and international orders which covers in transit lost, damaged, or stolen fulfilled orders. When you choose NOT to select GUARANTEED PACKAGE DELIVERY PROTECTION, Scott Barnes is NOT liable for in transit lost, damaged, or stolen fulfilled orders.

RETURN SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?:
The only merchandise that can be returned or exchanged are damaged or defective items from the manufacturing process. To make an exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped originally to you, or else it will not be eligible for an exchange. Discounted / Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For any questions regarding exchanges and eligibility, please email customersupport@scottbarnes.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Exchanges do not begin to process until receipt of the returned order, and processing times vary depending on your location.
